Paul B. Miner received his juris doctor, cum laude, from Chapman University School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Honor Board, the Mock-Trial Honor Board, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Board. Mr. Miner also served as a Staff Editor of Nexus: Chapman's Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Miner received his B.A. from California State University, Fullerton.
Mr. Miner has achieved successful resolutions in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims.
Before joining Barritt Smith LLP, Mr. Miner was an attorney at Sessions & Kimball LLP where his practice focused exclusively on employee rights.
